eLearning Toolbox: YackPack Tutorial

YackPack seems like a great concept, but I have yet to get it to work with Firefox or Internet Explorer. Their tech support wasn't much help, either.

Microphone works, just not with YackPack.

Strange, but here it works fine in Firefox as well as in IE. Also the mic.
The only thing one cannot do in Firefox is to upload one's user image, for this one needs IE.
In our group we have even two Linux users - and they obviously do not have difficulties with YackPack either.

I got it to work with Firefox now. I messed with some Firefox and firewall settings.

Funny, it still doesn't work at the audiohelp test site, but works fine at the yackpack site.
